The young Savoyard chef Nicolas Copin, and Frédéric Boulanger, with his international experience, are keen to offer you combinations of flavors and food & wine pairings that will take you on a journey throughout the Alpine Arc. Particular attention is paid to the search for local and seasonal products. In summer you can enjoy fresh herbal teas from our herb garden. Great attention paid to the Arc Alpin wine list with more than 700 references.
We welcome you to an old Beaufortain farmhouse, a real piece of heritage, restored with old materials and furnished with a Scandinavian touch.
The terrace, surrounded by flowery fields, offers a panoramic view of the magnificent Beaufortain valley and Mont-Blanc, summer and winter alike.
Ski-in ski-out access in winter. Booking is recommended.
